1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trainalytix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Trainalytix is a comprehensive multi-tenant SaaS platform for AI-powered corporate training operations management, featuring:
- 23 specialized AI agents for training operations automation
- Multi-tenant architecture with organization-level data isolation
- Integration with Google APIs, WhatsApp Business, and Office365
- Enquiry lifecycle management and automated workflows
- Business intelligence and analytics capabilities
- Role-based access control for 9 organizational roles
3. User Accounts and Access
Account Creation
- Accounts are created via Google Sign-In or email-based authentication (Supabase Auth)
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple accounts
Organization Management
- SuperAdmins can create and manage multiple organizations
- Organization Admins manage users and integrations within their organization
- Data is completely isolated between organizations
- You are responsible for managing user access within your organization
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Trainalytix to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
- Use the service for competing businesses without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Fair Usage Guidelines
To ensure optimal performance for all users, the following fair usage limits apply:
- API requests: As per your subscription plan limits
- Data storage: Reasonable limits based on subscription tier
- AI automation tasks: Monthly limits as specified in pricing
- Email processing: Reasonable commercial use only
5. Data Ownership and License
Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload to Trainalytix. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
License to Us
You grant Trainalytix a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Process your data to provide the Service
- Create backups and ensure data security
- Generate analytics and insights for your organization
- Provide customer support and technical assistance
6. Third-Party Integrations
Google API Integration
Our integration with Google APIs is subject to:
- Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Your explicit consent for each integration
- Ability to revoke access at any time (in-app or via your Google Account permissions page)
- The Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
AI Services
We use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) to power our automation. Your data processed by these services is:
- Not used to train or improve third-party models
- Processed according to strict data use agreements
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
7. Service Level Agreement
Uptime Commitment
99.9% uptime SLA (excluding scheduled maintenance)
Scheduled maintenance windows: Sundays 02:00-06:00 UTC with 48-hour notice
Support Response Times
- Enterprise: 4-hour response, 24/7 support
- Professional: 24-hour response, business hours
- Basic: 48-hour response, email only
8. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Price changes require 30-day advance notice
- Refunds are not provided for partial months or cancellations
- Overages (exceeding plan limits) are billed separately
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled with 30-day notice before renewal date.
9. Termination
By You
- 30-day written notice required for cancellation
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- Data export available for 30 days after termination
By Us
We may terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, with written notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAINALYTIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party integrations or external service failures
Total liability limited to amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Trainalytix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to Terms
